How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch goods the day after your order is received (excluding bank holidays and weekends), but items that are being custom made will take longer. We will inform you if we know there may be delays, but it is unlikely there will be. Once we have sent off your item it is down to the postal service as to when you receive your goods, but for UK customers they are usually received within 3-5 working days. Overseas customers times may take longer, but all customers should leave 28 days for delivery. Snazzy Tramp cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once dispatched, both within the UK and when being posted to overseas locations. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or forces beyond our control.

Can I buy your products anywhere else?
No. We are strictly online and our items can only be bought through Snazzy Tramp sites.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
We deliver worldwide! P&P charges are currently slightly higher to customers outside the UK, but this may change in the future.

Do you sell wholesale?
Sorry, but no. We handmake each item and there are only limited amounts of each available so we cannot supply them in bulk orders.

Do you take custom orders?
On certain items, yes. But this will not become available until our permanent store is complete and has been opened.

Will you be adding any more products
To this site, no. We are currently creating our online store, where you will be able to buy our full range of products. When our new site has been unveiled we will continue to add more and more jewellery as the business grows. We may even extend to making scarves, bags and possibly even t-shirts! So keep your eyes peeled.
